MadeApt is now a member of Seamless, Australia’s national clothing stewardship scheme. As a member, we take responsibility for the entire life of our garments — from design to reuse, recycling and end of life.

Garments are cut for one body and built to be altered — fewer returns, less waste, clothing that stays in use.
Alterations, remakes and community clones keep every piece in circulation instead of in a drawer or a bin.
Through Seamless we’re part of a national system to divert clothing from landfill and treat garments as a resource.
First Nations people have been creating clothing with circular principles for millennia. As we move towards circularity in our industry, we’re committed to learning from the way things have always been done by First Nations creators for Country — the same respect that shapes our partnership with Warlukurlangu Artists of Yuendumu.
meet the artistsA garment cut to your body, adjusted until it fits, gets worn — not returned, not landfilled. Every MadeApt piece can be altered, remade and loved for longer.
Seamless is a shared responsibility — brands, government, industry and all Australians. Follow along as the scheme grows.
